Consultancy in terms of planning investments and obtaining permits. Consultancy in terms of the environmental and technical safety.

These days it seems crucial to have a partner that will take care of supervising and coordinating all the aspects of planning an investment, obtaining all the necessary permits and making sure that the project complies with legal regulations and can be executed effectively and efficiently. The partner’s competences should include:

  • Identification of legal requirements: analysis of local regulations concerning planning and permits. Understanding environmental, safety and other requirements specific for this particular project.
  • Drawing up and submitting applications: preparation of documentation necessary for obtaining permits. Submitting applications to relevant authorities and institutions.
  • Coordination with authorities and other entities: maintaining contact with entities, such as district offices, county offices, the National Fire Service, the Chief Labour Inspectorate, the Office of Technical Inspection, etc.
  • Progress monitoring: tracking the progress of filed applications. Keeping the client up to date on the progress and any additional required actions.
  • Problem solving and appeals: dealing with any issues that may arise during the process of obtaining permits.
  • Coordination with other project stakeholders: cooperation with public administration institutions, architects, engineers, investors and other key stakeholders in order to ensure requirements are met.
  • Risk management: assessment of potential risk and implementation of relevant risk management strategies.
  • Formal, legal and technical consultancy: providing formal, legal and technical consultancy related with planning and obtaining permits.
